What to wear

Here's everything you need to show up stylish and ready to move.

The Basics

  • A tennis dress, skort, or athletic shorts and a fitted top
  • Court shoes, not running shoes! Court shoes give you the lateral support you need to move safely on the court
  • A hat or visor to block the sun during outdoor sessions
  • A light jacket for early morning

Where to Shop in Canada

What to Expect

First time? We've got you. Here's exactly what a BGIT session looks like so you can walk in feeling confident and ready.

Before You Arrive

  • Check your event details for the theme and dress code — we love a coordinated court moment
  • Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled, find parking and the courts
  • Bring your water bottle

The Session

Sessions are led by coaches and designed to be fun and welcoming for all levels. We kick things off with a warm up, move into rallying, then practice play and we always wrap up with a fun game to finish on a high note. If there's a social event tied to the session, the fun continues off the court too.
